1. Service Scope
FramePulseDesign provides digital design systems, user interface design, responsive web development, accessibility audits, and related consulting services. All services are delivered from our office at Rua Sofia 88, 3000-388 Coimbra, Portugal.
2. Quotations & Contracts
All service engagements begin with a written quotation. A contract is formed upon your written acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the initial payment. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 4% per annum plus recovery costs as per Portuguese civil code.
4. Project Milestones
Projects are delivered in agreed milestones. Each milestone requires client approval before proceeding. Deliverables not objected to within 5 business days are deemed approved.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables (design files, code, documentation) are transferred to the client. FramePulseDesign retains the right to display completed work in portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly restricted in the contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
FramePulseDesign's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under the applicable contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 2 years.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. FramePulseDesign is entitled to payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available if: (a) the service has not yet commenced, (b) FramePulseDesign is unable to deliver the agreed scope due to internal reasons, or (c) the deliverable materially deviates from the agreed specification and cannot be remedied within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Partial Refunds
If a project is cancelled after commencement, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Milestone-based payments already approved and delivered are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the invoice date. Include your invoice number and reason for the refund request. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation email upon processing.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: third-party licensing fees incurred on your behalf, domain registration fees, and work completed and approved under milestone deliverables.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before escalating to mediation. Governing law: Portuguese law, jurisdiction: Coimbra, Portugal.
